"I had to return a part that ended…"
I had to return a part that ended up not fitting my car, and it was way easier than I expected. I just dropped it back at the store, and the refund came through quickly. No hassle, no awkward questions, they just sorted it out. I’d definitely tell a friend to use them if they needed car parts.

"Decent prices, but delivery and verification were annoying"
I ordered a few car bits and the prices were reasonable, so no complaints there. The delivery side was a bit frustrating though. The tracking barely updated, and the order turned up a couple of days later than I expected. What really got annoying was having to keep going through verification more than once, like I’d already done it and still had to repeat it again. Nothing arrived damaged and I did get everything in the end, but the delivery updates and all the repeated verification could definitely be better.

"Pretty smooth warranty experience"
I had a warranty issue with a battery, and the team got it sorted without making the whole thing a hassle. You do have to wait a bit, but in the end everything worked out fine. I was happy with how they handled it

"Usually find what I need"
I don’t know about every single thing, but for the usual car bits I’ve needed, this place has been handy. I’ve picked up cleaning stuff, oil, a few tools and random little bits for jobs at the weekend. Saves me driving around to a bunch of different shops. The website’s fairly easy to use too, at least for what I was looking for. Prices can be a bit up and down, but there are normally a few choices, so you can pick what suits...

"Confusing promo terms and too many transfers"
I had a hard time understanding the promo terms, and it was frustrating. I thought I knew what the offer included, but once I started asking questions, the details got more and more confusing. To make it worse, I kept getting transferred from one person to another instead of just getting a straight answer. By the end, I felt like I wasted way too much time trying to figure out something that should’ve been simple.

"decent perks, but not super useful for me"
the club discounts are nice when i actually use them, but i don’t shop there enough to feel like i’m getting a ton of value out of it. i also wish the points and offers were a little easier to understand, because they can be kind of unclear sometimes.

"Got help eventually, but it felt a bit off"
The staff did help me in the end, but the whole process felt slower than it should have. I had to explain the same issue twice, which made me wonder if they were even checking the original messages properly. It got sorted, but I was definitely a little suspicious about how carefully they were handling it

"Really helpful with my wipers"
I went in with no real clue what wiper blades I actually needed, just knew the old ones were doing that annoying thing. One of the staff came outside, checked my car, found the right ones, and even showed me how to put them on. It was all super easy, no messing around, and I really appreciated the help

I’ve bought a few bits for my car from here and they’re usually cheaper than the other auto shops I check. The sale prices are decent too, so I’ve never really felt like I overpaid. I also like that the order emails and receipts are easy to find if I need to double-check anything later. Overall, I’m happy with it...

"Felt misled by the fitting service"
I booked a fitting at Supercheap Auto thinking it would be quick and straightforward, but it turned into a bit of a hassle. I ended up waiting ages, and when the part was finally fitted, it wasn’t even done properly. I had to come back again to get it sorted, which was really frustrating. What annoyed me most was that the staff didn’t seem all that bothered about it. i felt a bit misled by how simple the service was made to sound. I wouldn’t use their install service again

I like shopping here, but yeah, they’re not always stocked with what I’m looking for. Sometimes I’ll go in for something specific and it’s just… not there, or maybe it’s sold out again. Not the biggest deal, but it can be a little frustrating when you’re trying to get in and out

I ordered it online and then just picked it up in store, and it was all straightforward. No waiting around, no weird mix-ups, just grabbed it and went. Love when things actually work the way they’re supposed to.

"Easy to use and quicker than other auto sites"
I had a smooth experience using the Supercheap Auto website. I was looking for wiper blades and the rego search picked the right ones really quickly, which was a lot easier than some other auto parts sites where you end up clicking through heaps of options. The filters were simple and didn’t feel overcomplicated either. Checkout was straightforward, and click and collect showed stock at my local store without any hassle. It all worked well on my phone too. The only small thing was that a few product photos took a second to load, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’d definitely use it again.

"Better updates than I expected"
I ordered a few bits from Supercheap Auto and, the updates were better than I was expecting. I’m used to having to chase things up myself, but the emails and texts let me know when it was packed and ready to collect, so there wasn’t much guesswork. One update did come through a bit late after I’d already checked the tracking myself, which is why I wouldn’t give it the full 5 stars. Still, overall I was happy with the experience.

"Decent Visit, Depends Who You Get"
Popped into Supercheap Auto to ask about some oil and a few parts for my car. The staff were friendly enough and did Try to help, which I appreciated. One guy definitely seemed to know his stuff, but another was a bit unsure and had to check the computer a few times, so it ended up taking Longer than I expected. Not a bad experience overall, just kind of feels like the advice you get Depends on who’s working that day.

This was just a really smooth order. I got exactly what I asked for, with no missing pieces or random wrong items thrown in. Everything matched the listing, and it was packed well enough that I didn’t have to worry about anything being damaged. "Pretty happy with the gear"
Grabbed some wiper blades and a few car wash bits from Supercheap Auto online, and they turned out better than I expected for the price. The wipers fit fine, no squeaking or weird rubbing which was a nice surprise. The wash mitt and cleaner seem decent too, not that cheap flimsy stuff. Been using everything for a few weeks now and yeah, no complaints, happy with it
